Learning to use your voice requires growth.
Like a Seed.
The seed must sprout or risk going bad. Through this 4-part “germination” process, you will develop CLARITY about your creative voice AND create a plan to express that voice with a product that proudly represents YOU!
The Strike a Match Process
Our process is guided by the organic rhythms of growth found in nature, centered around four quarterly gatherings

The Seed (July)
In our first gathering we explore the alchemy of the first match. It becomes the guiding metaphor for the spark that is the seed of vision. The seed can only grow in good soil. We prepare together our soil to have by the end of spring a flowering plant.

Seedling (October)
In our second gathering we process how in good soil all kinds of things want to grow. Before we can launch, we have to pass the test of the desert and learn to recognize and uproot weeds. If you want your flowers to grow, discernment is key.

Sprout (January)
In gathering three we count the cost. To reproduce your vision is to know exactly what seed is growing. Though fears will settle as we head toward our public launch, we take heart in our guiding mantras and define success for ourselves.

Flowering (April)
In our final gathering we consider the sustainability of our model. Our well-being is an essential element to our success. As we move into launch we take the long view here. Our goal is not only to use but to keep our creative voice!
